About the product

The firm Prudencio Sáez maintains an eminently artisanal construction, working “the old way” and selecting top-quality solid woods to create Spanish studio and concert guitars with their own identity. The 3-FP (old G18 model) is located in the professional range of the catalogue, designed as a high-performance black flamenco guitar, but with a price that is still accessible for demanding amateurs.

The Prudencio Sáez 3-FP is an “all solid” professional flamenco guitar, with a high-quality solid German spruce top, transparent pickguard and modern lattice-type bracing that optimizes response and projection. The solid Indian rosewood back and sides provide tonal depth, sustain and extra volume that bring it closer to the concept of a handcrafted concert instrument. The cedar neck with fiber reinforcement, ebony/fibre fingerboard and rosewood bridge guarantee stability, very low action and particularly comfortable ergonomics in the left hand.

The sound character is clearly flamenco: fast attack, immediate response to strumming and picking, with very defined treble and a low register surprisingly full and full-bodied. The combination of German spruce and Indian rosewood offers harmonic-rich resonance, balanced projection and a warm sound but with the transparency necessary so that every nuance of the right hand is heard clearly in any space. The low action and natural acoustics of the solid body invite long playing without fatigue, allowing the guitarist to explore from the most traditional sticks to a classical guitar repertoire with great comfort.

A professional flamenco guitar designed to enjoy every note at home, in the studio or on stage, and for those looking for a handmade Spanish guitar that invites you to play every day and that, once in your hands, is difficult to put down.
