The Yamandu Excelencia model is a handcrafted concert guitar, made entirely in Spain in Carrillo’s workshop. Its soundboard is available in selected German spruce or Canadian cedar. The sides and back are made in written stick, providing tonal depth and rich harmonic projection. The mast, made of Brazilian cedar, guarantees optimal ergonomics and stability. The fingerboard is made of ebony, selected for its smooth feel and precision. The varnish used is a nitrocellulose finish, applied by hand, achieving a natural and vibrant acoustic. The carefully optimized traditional bracing system allows for generous resonance and long sustain.
