About the product

Manuel Adalid is a leading Spanish luthier, deeply linked to the tradition of the Spanish classical guitar and meticulous artisanal construction, where each instrument fuses aesthetic beauty, immediate response and exceptional musicality. Its Torres model pays tribute to the genius of Antonio de Torres, reinterpreted with contemporary sensibility to capture the essence of a professional guitar made in Spain, ideal for those looking for a lifelong sonic companion.

The Manuel Adalid Torres is built with a fine grain German spruce top, back and sides of select Indian rosewood that provides warmth and resonance, cedar neck, Indian rosewood bridge, and ebony fingerboard. With a varnish of Ebony nitrocellulosehand polished with touches of shellac on the lid to optimize vibration. Its traditional Torres bracing ensures precise rigidity, with a 650 mm scale and a 51 mm saddle width that favors fluid fingering and uncompromising natural acoustics, all handcrafted in Spain by expert hands that prioritize durability and balanced projection.

Deploys a warm and enveloping sound, with a wide sustain that holds each note in space, balanced projection between registers and a harmonic richness that evokes the tonal depth of the great Spanish guitars. The crystalline highs of German spruce intertwine with the round, velvety lows of rosewood, offering immediate response, sublime transparency and a mature sound texture that reveals subtle nuances in every performance.

This handcrafted concert guitar not only resonates, but invites you to get lost in its chords in the stillness of your home, awakening an intimate and lasting connection with the music that transforms each session into a personal ritual.
