Technical details and construction
The Esteve ELEC is a professional electroacoustic guitar with cedar top (optionally in spruce), Indian rosewood back and sides, ebony fingerboard, cedar neck and 650 mm scale. It incorporates the Fishman Prefix Pro Blend preamp with piezoelectric pickup and internal microphone, offering EQ, blend and volume controls for natural, low-noise amplification. Its nitrocellulose varnish highlights the noble grain and the traditional bracing ensures rigidity and optimal vibration.
Sound and character
It offers a warm sound and balanced projection, with harmonic richness of Indian rosewood that provides tonal depth and long sustain. The Canadian cedar top provides immediate response and transparency, faithfully amplified by the Fishman for natural acoustics on a handcrafted classical guitar.
