About the product

Juan Hernández is a Valencian luthier trained at the Esteve Guitar School, whose work has established itself as a reference in studio and professional classical-Spanish style guitars. His “white” flamencos stand out for their open sound, an agile body and a quality-price ratio that is highly recognized among teachers and demanding fans.

The Profesor Flamenco Blanca has a solid spruce top, solid cypress back and sides, cedar neck, ebony fingerboard and 650 mm scale, with varnish glossy finish lacquer. This combination of traditional woods—spruce for the top and cypress for the back and sides—guarantees a quick response, balanced body and a warm but well-defined voice, typical of the flamenco guitar made in Spain.

The tone is clear and direct, with a warm base in the bass, lively mids and bright highs but without aggressiveness. The immediate response to strumming and the balanced projection make the instrument “speak” easily, even in small spaces, without losing harmonic transparency or tonal depth. The lightness of the body and the solid construction favor a natural resonance, ideal both for the studio and for playing at home with comfort and a feeling of direct connection with the wood.

With the Juan Hernández Professor Flamenco Blanca you not only bring home a handmade flamenco guitar from a Spanish luthier, but an instrument that invites you to explore every timbral detail, to feel every stroke and every vibrato on the fingertips, making it very difficult to put down once you play it.
