About the product
Juan Hernández: Spanish guitar-making mastery
The guitars of Juan Hernández are the result of a long Spanish tradition of luthiery, born in the workshop of Francisco Esteve and continued by Alberto Hernández, who today personally signs the concert models under the brand. Each piece is built by hand, only with selected noble woods, time and patience, maintaining a balance between the legacy of the great masters and the demands of the contemporary musician.
Technical details and construction
The Hauser model in nitrocellulose finish is available in both Canadian cedar top and German spruce, with Indian rosewood back and sides, neck of Carbon reinforced cedar and ebony fingerboard. The 650 mm scale and 52 mm nut correspond to the proportions of large classical concert guitars, favoring comfort and precision in playing. The nitrocellulose varnish surrounds the entire piece, highlighting the beauty of the wood grain without adding thick layers, maintaining a natural acoustic and a very bright and light professional guitar feel.
Sound and character
With cedar top, the Hauser nitrocellulose guitar offers a warm, close and very enveloping tone, with an immediate response and a homogeneous harmonic spectrum, ideal as a studio classical guitar or to play at home without losing the feeling of a handcrafted concert instrument. The German spruce version provides more clarity, definition and balanced projection, with structured bass and round treble, maintaining the harmonic richness and sustain that characterize a high-end Spanish guitar.
If you are looking for a professional classical guitar, made in Spain, with nitrocellulose varnish and a warm sound, this Hauser by Juan Hernández is an invitation to play with more emotion, without giving up luthier rigor or the aesthetic beauty of a piece unique
