About the product

The guitars of Juan Hernández are the result of a long Spanish tradition of luthiery, born in the workshop of Francisco Esteve and continued by Alberto Hernández, who today personally signs the concert models under the brand. Each piece is built by hand, only with selected noble woods, time and patience, maintaining a balance between the legacy of the great masters and the demands of the contemporary musician.

The Hauser Shellac model is available with both Canadian cedar and German spruce top, maintaining Indian rosewood back and sides, cedar neck reinforced with carbon and ebony fingerboard. The 650 mm scale and 52 mm nut respond to the proportions of large classical concert guitars, favoring ergonomics and precision. The finish combines a thin layer of shellac on the top, which enhances vibration and transparency, with nitrocellulose varnish on the body and neck for an elegant and durable aesthetic.

With a cedar top, the guitar offers a warm, close and very enveloping sound, with an immediate response and a slightly softer harmonic spectrum, ideal for those looking for a handmade classical guitar of Intimate and comfortable character, perfect for playing at home or in small spaces. The German spruce version, on the other hand, provides more clarity, definition and balanced projection, with more structured bass and rounder treble, maintaining the harmonic richness and sustain that characterize a high-end natural acoustic instrument.

If you are looking for a professional classical guitar, made in Spain, that accompanies you every day with the serenity and depth of a Hauser, this model by Juan Hernández is an invitation to play with more emotion, without giving up luthier rigor or the sound detail.
