About the product

Founded in Casasimarro, Cuenca, the Vicente Carrillo house maintains a tradition of more than seven generations of Spanish lutherie. Recognized for his meticulous craftsmanship and his collaboration with renowned performers, Carrillo combines classic La Mancha knowledge with contemporary acoustic refinements, achieving concert guitars that embody the perfect balance between art and sonic precision.

The First Special Classic is built completely by hand in Maestro Carrillo’s workshop. It features solid German spruce or Canadian cedar top, accompanied by cocobolo sides and selected Indian rosewood back, chosen for its stability, beauty of grain and rich resonance.
The Brazilian cedar neck offers perfect ergonomic response, with carefully tuned ebony fingerboard and precision-polished frets. The shellac varnish applied to the doll provides a silky surface that maximizes the natural vibration of the wood and preserves the acoustic character. The fan-type bracing, a classic design of the Spanish school, optimizes projection and tonal balance in all strings.

It offers a balanced sound with sweet and bright treble, deep bass and rich resonance, where Indian rosewood provides warm projection and sustain prolonged. The immediate response and harmonic transparency invite you to explore deep sound textures, ideal for a handcrafted professional guitar with enveloping tonal depth.

Let this classical guitar by a Spanish luthier awaken in you the melody that you have always felt beating in silence.
